Domestic Relations
The issues that
require the range of services offered by Prince Lobel’s Domestic Relations
Practice Group can have a deep emotional and financial impact on individuals,
families, and business owners during the life changing events that occur in
family law matters. Our Domestic Relations Group has extensive technical
knowledge of family law and is acutely aware of the psychological and financial
stresses that those involved are currently experiencing – and will experience
once the matter at hand is resolved.
The Domestic Relations
Group concentrates on complex matrimonial matters. We are highly skilled and
experienced litigators and negotiators. We represent clients in various courts,
but also work hard to resolve matters through negotiations and alternative
dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Domestic relations matters
frequently involve sophisticated issues, requiring expertise in a wide range of
specialized areas, such as tax, business valuations, corporate matters, real
estate, trust and estate law and planning, employment, and criminal law. Attorneys in the Domestic Relations Practice
Group, however, benefit from the wealth of legal knowledge and expertise of the
attorneys in the firm’s other practice groups. This highly collaborative
approach ensures that our clients receive expert advice on any issue that may
arise during our representation.
The talented lawyers
in this practice group work exclusively in domestic relations, and have
therefore developed extensive and specialized knowledge in the practice and
procedure of family law.
