Jeffrey A. Dretler Co-Authors Chapter in Latest Edition of American Bar Association’s Employment Litigation Handbook

Prince Lobel Employment Group Partner Jeffrey A. Dretler is co-author of the chapter on Discovery in the newly released Employment Litigation Handbook published by the ABA (2d ed. 2010).  The chapter provides an overview of discovery practice in a typical employment discrimination case from both the employee and employer perspectives.  Among other subjects, this newly revised edition contains important guidance on electronic discovery issues not contained in the original Handbook (published in 1998), sample interrogatories, and document requests and tips for handling frequently contested discovery issues concerning tax returns, mental health records, and alleged discriminatory treatment of other employees.
