Robert M. Schlein Authors Chapter in Upcoming MCLE Real Estate Book

Prince Lobel Partner Rob Schlein has written the chapter titled “Preliminary Acquisition Documents” for the upcoming MCLE book, “Drafting and Enforcing Massachusetts Contracts.” This chapter, which Rob has just updated, appeared previously in the MCLE book “Drafting Commercial Real Estate Documents in Massachusetts.”

The new edition of “Drafting and Enforcing Massachusetts Contracts” will be published in April 2010.
