Bertsche lead debate over community newspapers’ posting of reader comments

Prince Lobel media lawyer Rob Bertsche led a spirited discussion at the New England Press Association convention in Boston on February 9, 2008.  He addressed how newspapers can expand their online operations without sacrificing their wallet or their brand – that is, without incurring undue legal risk and while reinforcing their central place in their community.
