Richard Briansky Panelist at AGC Construction Law Series

Prince Lobel Partner Richard Briansky will join a panel of legal experts in a program titled Bid Protests: A View from the Bench.  The panel will discuss whose responsibility it is to address the most contentious aspects of obtaining public work.

According to their Web site, Associated General Contractors (AGC), is the strongest and most widely respected construction association in the country and represents the interests of the entire industry.  AGC of Massachusetts offers management education, advocacy, and safety training to its members and the industry at large. Locally, the chapter works closely with all facets of the industry to develop fair business practices for all participants.

The AGC Massachusetts Construction Law Series will offer attendees the opportunity to listen and learn from nine of the most highly respected firms that deal with legal matters in the area’s world of commercial building construction.
