Prince Lobel Partners Speak at First-Ever Massachusetts Reinsurance Bar Association Symposium

The newly-formed Massachusetts Reinsurance Bar Association (MReBA) held its first annual symposium entitled “Join the Revolution! A Fresh Perspective On Reinsurance Disputes and Arbitrations.” Prince Lobel partner Thomas M. Elcock  took part in a discussion regarding “Problems With Reinsurance Arbitrations and How to Address Them.” Partner Joseph S. Sano, a founding member of MReBA and one of its directors, was on a panel discussing “Proposals to Increase Efficiency of Reinsurance Dispute Resolution Process.”
