Panel Discussion: What Employers Need to Know About the New ADA Amendments

Prince Lobel presented a panel discussion exploring the changes, with practical advice about how the law will change and what employers will need to do to remain in compliance.  This event was co-sponsored by NERHA.

There will also be a short presentation on the new measures to combat identity theft which go into effect on January 1, 2009.  The new state requirements affect all Massachusetts employers and we will discuss what you need to do to be in compliance.
