December 10 Seminar on the January 2009 ADA Amendments December 10, 2008On December 10, 2008, Prince Lobel will present a panel discussion exploring the changes, with practical advice about how the law will change and what employers will need to do to remain in compliance. This event is co-sponsored by NERHA.

There will also be a short presentation on the new measures to combat identity theft which go into effect on January 1, 2009. The new state requirements affect all Massachusetts employers and we will discuss what you need to do to be in compliance.
