Joseph S. Sano Sits on Two Panels for the Seminar, “E-Discovery: An A to Z Workshop”

The two day seminar was hosted by West Legalworks in cooperation with Kroll Ontrack Inc., on June 3-4, 2008.  The first program Joe iparticipatied in was First Steps on the Path to Production, which covered planning and preservation priorities, how to identify the sources of electronically stored information and what you can do to cut costs.  The second panel was called Meet and Confer, a group exercise to flag the preparation and participation required for an effective e-discovery conference with the other side.
