Robert M. Schlein Named Chair of Prince Lobel's Real Estate Practice Group February 3, 2011Craig M. Tateronis,

firm partner Robert
M. Schlein has been named chair of the Real
Estate Practice Group.
An accomplished attorney, Rob offers the team more than 30 years of experience
in commercial real estate law and extensive expertise in the field of
environmental law. He regularly represents anchor tenants, restaurants, all
types of shopping centers and smaller tenants, as well as both tenants and
landlords of office and industrial properties. His environmental law experience
includes representation of land owners and lenders in matters relating to
hazardous waste permitting, remedial action and wastewater treatment.
Members of the Real Estate Practice Group have experience in the full range of
commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, development
and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, golf course
developments, and residential projects. Prince Lobel's real estate attorneys
also work regularly with the firm's corporate and tax practice groups to
negotiate joint venture agreements and agreements with equity investors. The
real estate group also offers significant depth in environmental, construction,
and condominium law, issues relating to land titles, Land Court practice, liens, subdivisions,
and mortgage foreclosures.
