Jeff Pyle quoted in the Rhode Island newspaper The Call

Jeff Pyle was quoted about the recent release of town employees' personal information in the town of Blackstone.  Jeff stated that generally there is no legal problem with releasing payroll records.  Other legal aspects of the situation are a little less clear.
