Shield Law bill gets support on the hill

On July 26, members of the media community testified in front of the Legislature’s Judiciary Committee in support of “The Free Flow of Information Act,” arguing that a shield law is needed in Massachusetts to protect news organizations. The bill was co-authored by Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye Partner, Jeff Newman.
