T-Mobile Pushes for Cell Tower Whitman & Hanson Express May 26, 2010Prince Lobel Associate Jennifer Lewis is quoted in an article concerning firm client T-Mobile’s request to build a cell tower on the property of a McDonald’s restaurant in Hanson, MA. The meeting was with the Board of Appeals to request a variance to meet the setback requirements and to address residents’concerns.
Jennifer Lewis is quoted in the article responding to neighbor’s concerns about public safety, whether the tower could be located elsewhere in town, and responding to suggestions that the town build the tower on town hall property.
Responding to this last suggestion, Jennifer stated, “The McDonald’s property meets the setback requirements better than the town hall. Also, any proposal to build on the town hall would have to take into account the historical value of the property,” Lewis said.
