Schlein, a partner in Prince Lobel’s Real Estate Practice Group, offers important advice to those planning a construction project.  According to Rob, “…no matter how good of a contract you draw up, if you don’t have a good working relationship with your contractor and know that you’re working with someone who has some integrity, you’re going to have a lot of potential for getting into trouble.”
