Prince Lobel Client 3Com Awarded $6M In Contract Dispute

A federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has awarded Prince Lobel client 3Com Corp. $6 million in a breach of contract case brought against Capital 4.  The court has also “permanently enjoined telecommunications carrier Capital 4 Inc. from using 3Com's name or trademarks without prior consent.”
