Prince Lobel attorney Richard Briansky successfully represented a subcontractor against claims relating to breach of warranty and unfair trade practices. The judge found that “the count must be dismissed because the implied warranty of habitability applies only to the builder-vendor who sells a new condominium unit, not to subcontractors.”
