Prince Lobel is pleased to welcome Itia S. Roth as an associate in the Employment Law Practice Group. Most recently, Itia was an associate with Goodwin Procter LLP.
Itia counsels local, national and international employers on a variety of employment law matters, including best practice personnel policies, employee classifications, issues involving enforcement of non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, compensation issues, disciplining, internal investigations, leaves of absence, reductions in force and individual terminations.
Itia has also successfully litigated individual and class claims of discrimination, breach of employment contracts and restrictive covenants, wrongful termination and claims brought under the FMLA, FLSA and state wage and hour laws. She has also advised clients on labor issues and has represented employers in various union-related disputes.
Itia is fluent in both French and Hebrew.
