Ricardo M. Sousa Quoted in Article About Installing a Cell Phone Antenna in Church Steeple

Rick, a spokesman for MetroPCS, discusses that company’s plans to install a cell phone antenna in the steeple of a West Bridgewater (MA) church.  The town would have to amend its bylaws to allow the installation of the antenna, since the church is in a business zone, not the required industrial zone.   Many area churches have a cell phone antenna in their steeple, finding it an easy way to generate revenue.
