Kimberley Keyes Quoted in the CommonWealth Magazine Regarding the State’s Public Records Law

Kim’s quote is regarding a claim from the governor’s office that the Public Records Law does not apply to them.  The office claims this because of the 1997 court decision, Lambert v. the Judicial Nominating council.  Kim argues that the governor is interpreting the decision too broadly.
