Richard Briansky quoted in an article entitled, “Harvard University among schools tied to lending debacle”

Richard Briansky quoted regarding his client, Fred Fahey, who was allegedly charged more than twice the legal limit of interest on a $6.7 million loan.  Fahey is brining a lawsuit against Realty Financial Partners, the firm that allegedly charged Fahey’s company, Meadow Creek LLC, along with six leading higher education institutes and two philanthropic foundations, who all invested in RFP.  To read the article, click here.
