Jeffrey J. Pyle Featured in Bay Windows Publication

Jeff represents In Newsweekly and the paper’s parent company, HX Media, LLC, in a lawsuit against In Newsweekly’s former associate publisher, Bill Berggren.  The lawsuit was filed against Berggren, alleging that he stole In Newsweekly’s advertiser database and solicited advertising for his new publication, N’Touch New England.  "That information is essential, valuable, proprietary information [of In Newsweekly]," said Pyle.  To read the article, click here.
