Jeffrey A. Newman Quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly on WEEI's On-Air Apology to Three Massachusetts Judges

Jeff commented on the on-air apology that John Dennis of the "Dennis & Callahan made for comments that he and his partner, Gerry Callahan, had made about a sitting judge, retired judge and high-ranking state prosecutor.  Jeff was quoted as saying he has seen more "nervousness and fidgetiness of station management in situations" which did not exist a few years ago.  Jeff referred to recent libel cases that have made the media feel that they are not as protected.  For more of the article, please see http://www.masslawyersweekly.com/
