Rebecca J. Mutch
Associate
Rebecca J. Mutch is an associate in Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye’s Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of estate and gift planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, and business law. Rebecca's experience includes the evaluation and preparation of sophisticated estate plans, business succession plans, and long-term care planning strategies. She is also well-versed in the preparation of estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns and regularly advises clients on estate planning, asset preservation strategies, and charitable giving techniques through the use of trusts.
In her business practice, Rebecca works with small business owners to develop appropriate business succession plans. She also draws on her business and employment litigation background to provide clients with well-rounded advice on a wide variety of matters relevant to their businesses.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Rebecca practiced at Robinson Donovan and worked for the American Arbitration Association in its Boston office, where she administered large complex business and employment disputes.
In 2008 and 2009, Rebecca was selected by the publishers of Boston magazine and Law & Politics as a Massachusetts "Rising Star," a top attorney under the age of 40.
Rebecca is also involved with the Jimmy Fund through the Jimmy Fund/Jeffrey Vinick Memorial Golf Tournament Committee.
