Scott F. Lacy Associate

Scott Lacy is an associate in Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye's Real Estate and Telecommunication Practice Groups.  His practice includes zoning, telecommunications, land use, real estate, wetlands protection, environmental law, and litigation.  Scott has experience representing telecommunication providers on hundreds of permitting, transactional, administrative and judicial proceedings relating to siting telecommunications facilities.  He also represents project opponents, abutters, developers, and municipalities in permitting proceedings and litigation before Massachusetts courts and agencies. 

Scott advises commercial clients in leasing, financing, and permitting matters.  He handles state and local matters concerning wetlands protection, zoning, solid waste facility operation, and other related areas of land use practice.  Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Scott was an associate at Anderson & Kreiger.
