Bogumila R. Gatarz Associate

Bogumila R. Gatarz is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Litigation Practice Group. Bo specializes in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial work, with a particular focus on insurance defense litigation. She regularly appears before courts, representing self-insured companies, insurers, and individuals in various civil matters. Bo will also advise clients about how to avoid the courtroom and, when necessary, how to accomplish their goals through arbitration.

Bo’s practice also includes entertainment law, and she frequently represents high-profile artists, managers, and music and film production companies.

While in law school, Bo was a judicial intern for the Honorable Isaac Borenstein in the Massachusetts Superior Court. She assisted the judge in researching and drafting memoranda of decision in complex criminal cases.  Bo is fluent in Polish and proficient in Russian.
