Paul D. Creme is of counsel in Prince Lobel's Corporate Practice Group.  His practice includes a wide variety of business and corporate matters, with emphasis on providing professional and business advice to the senior management of public and privately-held corporations, and limited liability companies. Paul has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, private placement offerings, stockholder arrangements and start-up financing. Paul has drafted and negotiated many employment agreements, termination agreements and handled employment cases for the companies he represents.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Paul was Vice President and General Counsel for Cyphermint, Inc. in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Before then, Paul was one of the founding partners of Merra, Kanakis, Creme & Mellor, PC, in Nashua, New Hampshire.
