James "Ted" Hoyt
Associate
James “Ted” Hoyt is an associate in Prince Lobel’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups.
Ted’s practice includes the zoning and leasing of commercial real estate and commercial landlord-tenant law, primarily representing landlords in evictions, collections, and real estate-related litigation. Ted also has experience in bankruptcy matters and bankruptcy-related litigation, mainly representing creditors, including national banks and commercial property owners.
Ted has experience in all stages of litigation before state and federal courts, including motion, trial, and appellate practice.
Prior to joining the bar, Ted was a military officer, serving in the Army Special Forces (Green Berets) in a variety of assignments and locations.
