John F. Bradley, II
Partner
John F. Bradley II is a senior partner in Prince Lobel's Corporate Practice Group, and is also a member of the Employment and Internet Law Practice Groups.
John's practice includes a wide variety of business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on providing professional and business advice to the senior management of public and privately held entities of all types, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He has extensive experience in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, stockholder arrangements, e-commerce matters, private equity, “angel” and start-up financings, and asset-based financing transactions. Many of John's clients are businesses in the high technology sector.
John also represents business clients and senior executives in connection with their compensation arrangements, employment contracts, qualified and non-qualified equity plans, and deferred compensation arrangements, including issues arising under Internal Revenue Code Section 409A. John also serves his clients as trustee of a number of private trusts and private charitable foundations.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, John was a founding partner of Donovan Hatem, LLP in
Boston,
MA, and chair of its business group. John graduated from
Stanford
University and Stanford University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Stanford Law Review.
