Joseph Giammarco Associate

Joseph A. Giammarco is an associate in Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups. He devotes his practice to telecommunications and real estate matters. For more than a decade, he has represented various wireless communications carriers in all aspects of the network and site development process. He has identified locations for communications facilities, engaged in lease negotiations with a variety of landowners, and has prepared and advocated numerous permit applications before various permit granting authorities.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Joe worked in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island consulting for the wireless industry in over 100 communities. He is a Rhode Island Notary Public.
