Brian S. Grossman Partner

Brian S. Grossman is a partner in Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups.

Brian's practice includes zoning, land use, telecommunications, wetlands protection, commercial real estate transactions, and litigation. He has represented various national wireless communications carriers and advised them on all aspects of the site and network development process, including acquisition, permitting and litigation. Brian has appeared before permit granting authorities in more than 120 municipalities within Massachusetts.  He also represents property owners and businesses in connection with commercial real estate transactions, leasing, financing, land use, environmental, and litigation matters.
