Brian S. Grossman is an associate in Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups.

Brian focuses his practice on land use and commercial real estate transactions.  He has represented various national wireless communications carriers and advised them on all aspects of the site and network development process including acquisition, permitting, and litigation.  Brian has appeared before permit granting authorities in over 70 municipalities within Massachusetts.  He also represents property owners and businesses in connection with commercial real estate transactions and land use, environmental and litigation matters.
