Craig M. Tateronis
Partner
Craig M. Tateronis chairs the Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups at Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye, and is also the president of Prince Lobel Telecommunications Services Group, LLC (“Prince Lobel Telecom”). His transactional real estate practice encompasses a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. Craig counsels real estate owners, developers, tenants, lenders and investors in sales and acquisitions, permitting, leasing, and financing transactions. He has represented several restaurant chains throughout the Northeast in the acquisition and development process and represented one of the region's most active REITs in connection with financing and sale-leaseback transactions within the healthcare industry.
In telecommunications, Craig represents wireless carriers in connection with all aspects of their network development activities. He has represented PCS carriers, fixed wireless carriers, wireless Internet companies, and build-to-suit/tower development and management companies. In 2007, he founded Prince Lobel Telecom, which provides turnkey development services for more than 400 wireless communications clients throughout New England.
Craig has counseled clients in connection with site acquisition and municipal permitting work throughout New England and New York. He successfully challenged the decisions of municipalities in approximately 70 cases under the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. He has represented wireless carriers in connection with national build-to-suit, tower disposition and sale-leaseback transactions. Craig also has represented optical networking companies, Internet companies, cable overwirers and building-centric broadband providers.
