Paige A. Scott Reed is an experienced commercial litigator with the Litigation, Media and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye. Paige has represented and counseled individual and corporate clients in a broad range of federal and state actions, including complex commercial, class action, contract, negligence, construction, trademark, antitrust, securities, employment discrimination, and First Amendment matters. As a trial attorney, her practice focuses on the effective resolution of complex civil disputes, with a particular emphasis on First Amendment, privacy, trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property issues.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Paige was an associate at Palmer & Dodge, LLP. She also served as a law clerk to Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter, former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While at Harvard Law School, Paige was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review and a semi-finalist in the annual Ames Moot Court Competition.
