Adam F. Braillard Associate

Adam F. Braillard is a leader in the firm’s green energy development initiative and has been at the forefront of the firm’s participation in sustainable development projects. As a co-founder of Prince Lobel Renewables, the firm’s renewable energy project management practice, Adam assists clients in all aspects of the assessment, development and financing of renewable energy projects.

He guides clients through the complex maze of state and federal tax incentives, and counsels them on the various regulations in place for commercial renewable energy projects. Adam makes sure that every client understands not only the legal complexities of renewable energy projects, but also the many environmental, business, and financial benefits that result from installing a renewable energy system.

Adam’s project management skills are proven and successful. As a member of the firm’s telecommunications group, Adam was responsible for hundreds of wireless telecommunications development projects from inception to completion. He managed site acquisition and lease negotiation, local and state municipal and environmental permitting processes, design and architectural/engineering services, and construction.

With Prince Lobel Renewables, he brings this project management expertise to property owners, developers, businesses, cities, and towns that are planning a renewable energy project. To date, Adam and the Prince Lobel Renewables team have assisted clients in the planning, development, financing and construction of dozens of solar energy projects ranging from 40 kW to 2 MW.

Recently, the Prince Lobel Renewables group completed the largest solar energy installation in Chelsea, Mass. Click here to view real-time statistics showing the cumulative energy produced by the project

Adam speaks regularly on renewable energy to a variety of audiences, and also writes a monthly column on that topic in New England Real Estate Journal.

As part of his work with both renewable energy and real estate clients, Adam brings to Prince Lobel significant experience in transactional and commercial land development, encompassing a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. He regularly counsels clients in permitting, leasing, sales and acquisitions, as well as company formation and financing.

With Adam’s diverse real estate experience, his ability to stay up-to-the-minute on the constant changes in the field of renewable energy, and his skill for taking complicated subjects and making sure they are clearly understood, he has become a valued resource for clients, colleagues, and prospective clients.
