Adam F. Braillard
Associate
Adam F. Braillard is a leader in the
firm’s green energy development initiative and has been at the forefront of the
firm’s participation in sustainable development projects. As a co-founder of
Prince Lobel Renewables, the firm’s renewable energy project management
practice, Adam assists clients in all aspects of the assessment, development
and financing of renewable energy projects.
He guides clients through the
complex maze of state and federal tax incentives, and counsels them on the
various regulations in place for commercial renewable energy projects. Adam
makes sure that every client understands not only the legal complexities of renewable
energy projects, but also the many
environmental, business, and financial benefits that result from installing a
renewable energy system. Adam’s
project management skills are proven and successful. As a member of the firm’s
telecommunications group, Adam was responsible for hundreds of wireless
telecommunications development projects from inception to completion. He
managed site acquisition and lease negotiation, local and state municipal
and environmental permitting processes, design and architectural/engineering
services, and construction.
With Prince Lobel Renewables, he brings this
project management expertise to property owners, developers, businesses,
cities, and towns that are planning a renewable energy project. To date, Adam and the Prince
Lobel Renewables team have assisted clients in the planning, development,
financing and construction of dozens of solar energy projects ranging from 40
kW to 2 MW.

Adam speaks regularly on renewable energy to a variety of
audiences, and also writes a monthly column on that topic in New England Real Estate Journal.
As part of his work with both renewable energy and real estate
clients, Adam brings to Prince Lobel significant experience in transactional
and commercial land development, encompassing a broad range of sophisticated
commercial real estate matters. He regularly counsels clients in permitting,
leasing, sales and acquisitions, as well as company formation and financing.
With Adam’s diverse real estate experience, his ability to
stay up-to-the-minute on the constant changes in the field of renewable energy,
and his skill for taking complicated subjects and making sure they are clearly
understood, he has become a valued resource for clients, colleagues, and
prospective clients.
