Adam F. Braillard
Associate
Adam F. Braillard is an associate in Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups. He devotes his practice to telecommunications, business and real estate matters, and represents telecommunications companies in all aspects of their network development activities. He also represents property owners and businesses in connection with the drafting, negotiation, and administration of real estate leasing, permitting, and acquisitions.
Adam is a leader in the firm’s green energy development initiative and has been at the forefront of the firm’s participation in sustainable development projects from siting and permitting to financing and construction. He has experience with state and federal renewable energy portfolios, production tax incentives, and renewable energy certificate regulations for commercial renewable energy projects. He has counseled our renewable energy clients in their efforts to understand the legal complexities of green energy projects.
Adam has also served as a project manager with Prince Lobel Telecommunications Services Group, LLC, an affiliate of Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye, LLP, which provides turnkey development services for wireless telecommunications carriers. As a project manager, Adam has been responsible for hundreds of development projects from their inception to the completion of construction. He has managed site acquisition and lease negotiation, the local and state municipal and environmental permitting processes, design and architectural/engineering services, and construction.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Adam worked in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, consulting for various communications providers.
