Robert P. Maloney Managing Partner

Robert P. Maloney has served as managing partner of Prince Lobel Glovsky & Tye since August 1999. He has managed the expansion of a number of practice groups and has successfully positioned Prince Lobel as a leading, midsize law firm with a broad range of services and a distinguished client base.

Bob’s legal practice focuses in the areas of closely held business and tax and estate planning. His expertise extends to the formation and development of closely held businesses, offering counsel on taxation and general business advice. Common issues are those of employment and buy-sell agreements, business valuations, deferred compensation plans, family succession planning, and sophisticated sales and gifting techniques to transfer interests in closely held businesses. He also assists closely held and family-owned businesses with negotiating and executing mergers, acquisitions, financing and real estate transactions. In addition, Bob represents individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities.

Bob has frequently lectured on various business and legal industry issues. He also sits on several charitable boards and foundations.
