  • Winning summary judgment in the Essex County Superior Court for an international petroleum company based on a novel theory of franchisor immunity
  • Winning summary judgment in Essex County Superior Court in a case against a local utility company for damages arising out of construction project delays

In addition to his regular civil caseload, in March 2009, Josh was sworn in as a special assistant district attorney for Suffolk County. In that capacity, he will be prosecuting cases for the Special Prosecutions Bureau on a pro bono basis.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Josh was a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Josh graduated from Boston College with recognition as a “Scholar of the College,” and in law school he was an articles editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review.
