Michelle B. Langford is an associate in the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group of Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye. Her practice is focused on the design and implementation of sophisticated estate plans and the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate matters.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Michelle was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where her practice focused on a wide range of corporate, finance, and securities matters. She also counseled nonprofit organizations on matters such as acquiring tax-exempt status and complying with Internal Revenue Service and state requirements for tax-exempt organizations. While in law school, Michelle was a Staff Writer for the First Amendment Law Review, which published her Note entitled Minority Report: The Endorsement Test and Native American Religions on Federal Lands. Michelle subsequently served as an Article and Notes Editor for the First Amendment Law Review.
