Martin E. Fishkin Partner

Martin E. Fishkin has more than 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney, both as partner of a full-service law firm and as a corporate general counsel.

Marty’s practice in corporate law includes public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, real estate transactions, organization of new businesses, negotiation of commercial contracts, executive compensation and employment matters, and representation of institutional and individual clients in the health-care and life science industries. In addition, he has experience in bank regulatory, lending, loan work-out and bankruptcy law matters. A member of the firm's Media and Intellectual Property Group, he represents broadcasting and publishing companies in acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Marty joined Prince Lobel after serving as executive vice president and general counsel of Sentry Federal Savings Bank. He has lectured on commercial and bankruptcy law at Northeastern University School of Law, and has published articles on commercial and corporate law topics. He served as law clerk to Chief Justice Allan M. Hale of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
